• Radiators are produced with steel tubes diameter 25mm and thickness 1.25mm
and heads in steel thickness 1.25mm.
• Maximum working pressure 10bar/1000 kPa.
• Testing pressure 13bar/1300 kPa
• Maximum working temperature95° C.
• Radiators are cleaned and degreased before phosphatization,
then they are dried to be ready for painting.
• Painting is made with epoxy polyester powders colour RAL
9016, or on request other shades from the RAL table.
• Standard radiators are supplied with:
- 2 right connections of 1 ¼’’ x ½’’
- 1 left connection of 1 ¼’’x 1/2’’
- Left blank plug of 1 ¼’’

with nipples (nipples and diaphragm are supplied on request). Mobile connections
self-centring allow a joining with nipples simple and precise of the battery.
• Radiators are packed with cardboard and wrapped up in plastic;
spacers are inserted every 600 mm among the tubes to avoid bending during
transport and movements. The plastic wrapping of the radiators can be removed
after installation to avoid scratches.
Variety of sizes and of connections makes TO-BE radiator ideal substitutes
of cast iron and aluminium radiators.
It is recommended not to use liquids as antifreezes or corrosive
compounds.
CERTIFICATED HEAT OUTPUTS
Heat outputs are certificated according to European rule EN 442
by the Laboratory “Misure Termotecniche” of the Polytecnic Institute
of Milan - Energetics Department -, with tests executed on models finished
with epoxy RAL 9016 white powders.
